Frederick Wine Club has changed payment processors. We will begin to transition your account and subscription over effective 8/29/24. Please complete the following payment profile form to transfer your existing membership on your account membership renewal date. By completing this form, prior to 8/29/24, you will help us ensure a smooth transition.

Emails that you may receive: - as we update your account, you may receive an email indicating that your membership has been cancelled. This is normal and you will immediately receive an updated membership email
Passwords and access - By submitting this form, we will be able to activate your updated membership with the new processor without any access issues. If you have access issues, please contact us at members@frederickwineclub.com.
Your membership cost - By submitting this form, we will apply a custom discount to your membership, ensuring that you maintain your existing membership rate. If this form is not submitted by our deadline of 8/29/24, you will renew at the current rate. For most of our members, this will be more than your existing rate.

By submitting this form, you agree that Frederick Wine Club will update your membership account to reflect a discount equal to the difference between our current price and the price at which you originally joined, less applicable taxes. You consent to Frederick Wine Club using your card information solely for this purpose. The payment processor will then use your information to renew your subscription on an annual or monthly basis, depending on your selected membership type. Frederick Wine Club does not store your password or payment information; however, the website provider and payment processor will securely update your account for billing and access purposes.
