The Frederick Wine Club is committed to providing members and customers with high-quality products and a smooth fulfillment process. Please review the following policy regarding orders placed through our shop.

1. Order Fulfillment

• The Frederick Wine Club does not maintain inventory for direct shipping.

• All orders placed through our shop are fulfilled either:

  • On-site pickup at Frederick Wine Club events or designated partner venues, or

  • Dropshipping through a third-party vendor.

• Processing times may vary depending on product availability and vendor timelines. Customers will be notified if extended processing times apply.

2. Shipping

• The Frederick Wine Club does not ship products directly.

• For orders fulfilled by third-party vendors through dropshipping:

  • Shipping availability, rates, and timelines are determined by the vendor.

  • Tracking information, when available, will be provided once the vendor confirms shipment.

  • Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed by Frederick Wine Club.

3. Limitations

• Alcoholic beverages are not sold or shipped by Frederick Wine Club. Any wine products must be purchased and fulfilled directly by licensed partner wineries.

• Frederick Wine Club is not responsible for delays, damages, or errors caused by third-party vendors or shipping carriers.

• Orders may be restricted or unavailable for delivery to certain locations depending on the vendor’s policies.

4. Returns & Exchanges

• All returns, exchanges, or refund requests are subject to the Refund and Cancellation Policy.

• For dropshipped products:

  • Returns must follow the policies and procedures of the third-party vendor.

  • Processing of refunds or exchanges may take additional time and could be impacted by vendor timelines.

5. Customer Support

• Questions regarding order status, fulfillment, or shipping should be directed to the Frederick Wine Club. We will assist in coordinating with the third-party vendor when applicable.
